BBQ Plates

bbq ribs 140Our Texas Style BBQ is smoked on premise using only local oak. All BBQ Plates are served with fresh house bread, topped with our BBQ sauce and served with your choice of two of the following: french fries, potato salad, creamy coleslaw, spicy baked beans, Texas chili, jojos, garden salad, or soup.

BBQ Pork Ribs - St. Louis cut rubbed with spices & brown sugar then slow smoked to perfection.

Peppered Pork Loin - Center cut loin takes about 4 hours to smoke leaving it lean and juicy.

Beef Brisket - Dusted with spices & smoked for 12 hours, getting a nice root beer infused basting along the way. The king of BBQ meats.

Smoked Chicken - Bone-in chicken is brined overnight & cooked with local oak smoke for 5 hours (choice of Quarter or Half chicken).

German or Hot Sausage - Fire-grilled Zenner's sausages (choice of German or Hot).

Longhorn Combo - Combine your favorite 3 BBQ meats for a Piled High Fave (choice of regular or Texas size).

Char-grilled Steaks and Fresh Pastas

bbq steak combo 140Our hand-cut steaks are aged in-house for 30 days for utmost tenderness. Served with soup or salad, grilled bread, and your choice of 2 of the following: french fries, potato salad, vegetables, baked potato, rice, baked beans, coleslaw, jojos, or Texas chili.

Surf & Turf - 8oz NY served with grilled garlic shrimp or hand battered coconut shrimp.

Rib Eye - 14oz char-grilled choice cut, topped with sauteed garlic mushrooms.

BBQ and NY Steak Combo - 8oz cut with either pork ribs, smoked chicken, center cut pork loin, or beef brisket.

New York - 16oz char-grilled, lightly marbled, with fiery grilled onions & roasted jalapeno.

Shrimp Mac and Cheese - Sauteed prawns, bacon, mushrooms, & red onions tossed in our rich six cheese sauce headlined by smoked gouda.

Vegetable Cajun Pasta - Bell peppers, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, red onions, and our creamy Cajun sauce tossed with fettuccini noodles (*option to add chicken or shrimp).

Grilled Chicken Fettuccine - A devilish blend of bacon, roasted garlic, green onions & sun dried tomatoes tossed with our garlic cream sauce.

Cowboy Burgers

cowboy burgers 140All of our 1/2 pound burgers are ground in house and combined with our own choice seasonings to create a juicy burger packed with flavor. Served on a Kaiser bun with your choice of one of the following: french fries, potato salad, creamy coleslaw, spicy baked beans, Texas chili, jojos, garden salad, or homemade soup.

Tom Mix - A.K.A. The "Basic Burger" with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and mayo.

Butch Cassidy - Cajun seasoned Burger with melted cheese, chipotle mayo, onion straws, tomato, red onion, and lettuce.

Roy Rogers - This spicy cowboy has roasted jalapenos, Anaheim chilies, chipotle mayo, onion straws, lettuce, tomato, & red onion.

Gene Autry - This Texas inspired favorite has it all; bacon, melted cheese, fire grilled onions, BBQ sauce, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.

John Wayne - Mushrooms sauteed with fresh garlic & topped with tomato, lettuce, mayo, & melted Swiss cheese.

Wyatt Earp - Slow cooked teriyaki sauce adorns our island classic with grilled pineapple, melted cheese, mayo, tomato, and lettuce.

Eastwood - Pure campfire goodness. Served over a thick slice of garlic grilled sourdough and topped with Texas chili, cheese, red onions and pickles.

Sundance Kid - The Kid liked his breakfast for supper, so this outlaw burger has a fried egg, bacon, and American cheese topped with lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

Lone Ranger - Fresh guacamole, melted Swiss cheese, along with red onion, mayo, tomato, & lettuce make this California inspired burger a big favorite.

Wild Bill Hickok - Pastrami, grilled onions, & melted smoked Gouda form this tasty burger. With lettuce, tomato, and 1000 Island.

Doc Holliday - With bleu cheese, bacon, A1 sauce, & onion straws, this burger is big on flavor. Lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayo, & red onion finish it off.

Mongo - Not to be trifled with. Two massive 1/2 pound patties each topped with bacon and melted cheese, and finished with lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo, and pickles.

New York Steak Sandwich - 8 oz NY strip served open faced over grilled garlic bread and topped with fiery grilled onions.

Crispy Fish Tacos - Someone in the Baja nailed this dish. Crispy fish, chipotle mayo, cabbage, cheese, Pico de gallo, & our creamy cilantro lime sauce.

California Chicken Club - Choice of grilled or crispy chicken topped with American cheese, bacon, & avocado, served on a hoagie or spinach wrap with lettuce, tomato, & chipotle mayo.

B.L.T. - Filled with a half pound of bacon, lettuce, tomato, & mayo (avacado available).

Philly Cheese Steak - Sirloin steak sauteed with peppers, red onions, & mushroom, covered with cheese and served on a hoagie with mayo. (Also try out Philly "Southwest Style" with homemade queso blanco).

Prime Rib Peppercorn Dip - Thin sliced rosemary rubbed prime rib topped with cheese and served on a hoagie with peppercorn spread and savory au ju.

Jalapeño Brisket Melt - Sauteed jalapeños, red onion, & Cajun spices top brisket all melted together with American Cheese. With au jus.

Pastrami Reuben - Our version of the classic. Sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, 1000 island, and creamy caraway sauce on grilled sourdough.

Triple Pork - A Cuban inspired blend of bacon, pork loin, pulled pork, pickles, Swiss cheese & mustard on grilled sourdough.

Seared Ahi Tacos - Sushi grade tuna with cabbage, fried wontons, grilled pineapple, cabbage, house peach salsa, & drizzled with cilantro lime creme.

Fish and Chips - Your choice of french fries or jojo potato wedges and creamy coleslaw or potato salad.

BBQ Sandwiches

sammiches 140All BBQ Sandwiches are served on fresh sourdough, lighted covered with BBQ sauce, and accompanied with dill pickle slices, red onion slices, and your choice of one of the following: french fries, potato salad, creamy coleslaw, spicy baked beans, Texas chili, jojos, garden salad, or homemade soup(Substitute onion rings or sweet potato fries for a minimal charge)

Pork Loin - Center cut pork loin is rubbed with pepper and spices and smoked to perfection. Tender and juicy.

Beef Brisket - Shoulder cut is spice rubbed then slow cooked for over 12 hours creating a tender lean BBQ specialty.

Smoked Chicken - Certainly a favorite of the lighter BBQ meats, our chicken is brined overnight & smoked for just under 5 hours.

Texas French Dip - Sliced beef brisket on grilled garlic bread with our savory au ju.

Pulled Pork - A true BBQ favorite, slowl cooked for hours on end to allow the savory pork juices to melt into the meat, pork at its finest.

Combo Sausage - A simple pairing of Zenners brand red hot and German sausages. Or try "all German," -or- for the adventuresome, the "all red hot." 

Nuevo Laredo - Sliced beef brisket is paired with fresh made to order guacamole.

Alamo - A California creation of smoked chicken and fresh, made to order, guacamole.

Sam Houston - Center cut peppered pork loin and smoked chicken. A Back Porch Favorite.

Back Porch - BBQ royalty. Smoked chicken, peppered pork loin, and Red Hot -or- German sausage.
